In the work of Saenredam find meeting points between architecture and art of the sixteenth and seventeenth century in Holland. Therefore a series of floating sculptures for public space in Barendrecht are presented.  The new sculptures is a metaphorical interpretation of building on water, establishing relationships between architectural tradition and urbanism in the Netherlands. The sculptures temporary (three to four months) are made of wood and covered with plastic recycled fabric, below the sculpture there are four air chambers so you can float.
